Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Machine Operator I in the Arlington, TX 76001 area. The position will be responsible of Preparing and operates machines to process/produce a high quality product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepares machine for production by checking operating parameters and equipment for safety. • Makes certain materials for production are available. • Load parts into machines. • Removes parts from machine after cycle is complete. • Inspects parts. • Repairs defective parts. • Cleans molds and equipment. • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor Shift, Schedule, and Pay: • 1st shift/ 6am- 2pm/ $16.00hr • Monday - Friday OT if needed on weekends Qualification Requirements: • Entry level position. • Works under close supervision. • Conversion of weights and measures. • Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills. • Problem solving skills. • Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division). Physical Requirements : • Prolonged standing. • Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and stooping. • Press operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 75 pounds. • Blaster operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds. • Deflasher operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds. • Arc spray operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 40 pounds. • Work in heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
