Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Design and Project Manager to join our team. This role combines elements of retail sales, cabinet and countertop design, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent customer relationship skills, and experience in managing projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients in designing custom kitchen cabinets and countertops, ensuring functional and aesthetic appeal. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations. • Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources. • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: • Proven experience in interior design, preferably in kitchen cabinetry and countertops. • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
