In this role, you'll lead a significant business transformation, owning our change management strategy and helping over 20,000 employees across 9 countries adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. This is an opportunity to shape how a multi-billion-dollar entertainment company evolves while building lasting capabilities that will transform how we manage change on a global scale.
