As our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the casting process for top-tier talent across the US and UK corporate functions. This is your chance to direct a high-performing team and deliver a blockbuster hiring strategy during an exciting period of transformation. What will you be doing? You will define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and transformation timelines. • You will lead a multi-regional team of Talent Acquisition Partners, coaching them into strategic consultants. • You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a high volume of corporate roles, including critical and senior-level searches. • You will implement scalable best practices, leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. • You will serve as the primary talent advisor to leadership, building strong partnerships and influencing decisions. • You are a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments and knows how to deliver results under pressure. • You are passionate about creating a high-performance culture focused on quality-of-hire, speed, and exceptional candidate experience.
