Security Account Manager Salary: $41,600 per year (Salary Position) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Varies based on operational needs Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations, manage officers, and maintain strong relationships with our clients across both long-term and temporary accounts. This is a salary-based leadership role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support security officers across assigned client sites • Manage operations for both long-term accounts and temporary service accounts • Coordinate and oversee temporary staffing opportunities, including events and short-term assignments • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication • Conduct routine site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews • Manage schedules, call-offs, and ensure full shift coverage • Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and post orders • Train, coach, and hold officers accountable for performance • Review daily activity reports, incident reports, and site documentation • Assist with onboarding, licensing, and compliance • Participate in operational planning and leadership meetings Qualifications • Prior supervisory or security industry experience required • Valid Security License (Class D/G as applicable) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including responding to operational needs • Experience handling schedules or managing officers is preferred Compensation & Benefits • Annual Salary: $41,600 • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive leadership and training • Growing company with long-term stability Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $41,600.00 per year Benefits: • Employee assistance program • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
