Job Title: District Manager, QSR Reports To: Director of Proprietary Foods & QSR FLSA Status: Salary Exempt Type of Position: Full Time Job Summary: The District Manager, QSR is a pivotal leadership role entrusted with full operational and financial responsibility for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) programs within the designated district. With the authority to drive operational excellence, financial success, and customer satisfaction, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the consistent execution of QSR programs. Reporting to the Director of Proprietary Foods & QSR, the District Manager, QSR leads and supports a team of QSR Managers, conducts quality visits, and delivers monthly district performance recaps. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for recruiting and hiring management-level personnel and ensure QSRs are adequately staffed. Ensure new team members complete orientation and training. Manage QSR Managers and conduct performance reviews as well as provide regular ongoing feedback. Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability, implementing strategies to achieve financial goals. Facilitate weekly meetings with direct reports to cover operating expenses and profit. Provide a comprehensive monthly recap of district performance. Ensure all QSR locations within the district comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Maintain required permits and licenses. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of operations with restaurants QSR foodservice, convenience, or grocery retail food programs. Understanding of PDI, Power BI, and cost accounting methods. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Education and Experience: Food service experience greater than two years with proven success in food service operations Two years multi-unit QSR management experience. Experience with food safety, menu labeling and FDA guidelines Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Working environment and physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Travel: Must be able to travel up to 80%.
