SPIRRA.io, a division of Refuel Agency, is an innovative influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers to drive impactful marketing campaigns. We are looking for a skilled Full Funnel Sales Associate / Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth and expand our client base through the complete sales cycle from lead identification to contract signature. Position Overview: The Full Funnel Sales Associate / Business Development Associate is responsible for managing the entire sales process for the SPIRRA.io AI-powered influencer marketing platform. This role requires expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, product demonstrations, and deal closing. The associate will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to identify prospects, conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling platform demonstrations, and guide clients through the decision-making process to contract signature. This role also includes managing CRM data, tracking sales metrics, building industry relationships, and ensuring the sales pipeline can scale to meet growing revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Work with the Lead Gen Outreach team to identify prospects in target industries including Outdoor, Travel & Hospitality, Athletic & Wellness, Automotive, and Finance/FinTech sectors • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and social media platforms • Qualify leads based on company size, marketing budget, influencer marketing needs, and decision-making authority • Maintain a robust pipeline of 150+ qualified prospects and ensure accurate CRM data management Sales Development & Relationship Building: • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, objectives, and current influencer marketing approaches • Position SPIRRA's unique value proposition focusing on AI-powered insights, Trust, Technology, and Truth pillars • Handle objections related to platform adoption, ROI measurement, pricing, and competitive alternatives • Nurture relationships through consistent follow-up sequences and multi-touch communication strategies Platform Demonstrations & Deal Closing: • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing SPIRRA's AI features including Brand/Content/Audience Alignment Scores, Influencer Discovery Engine, Campaign Management Suite, DataLabs Intelligence, and CoraIQ AI Assistant • Create customized proposals and pricing recommendations based on prospect needs and campaign objectives • Navigate contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms to successful deal closure • Manage smooth handoffs to Customer Success team ensuring client satisfaction and retention Performance Tracking & Optimization: • Track and report on key sales metrics including outbound activity, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue achievement • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize approaches, and improve conversion rates across the sales funnel • Collaborate with marketing team to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and enhance sales enablement materials Requirements: Experience: • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or full-cycle sales with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas Skills: • Strong proficiency in lead generation tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha) • Expertise in consultative selling, needs assessment, objection handling, and deal closing techniques • Experience with technology platform sales, SaaS demonstrations, and explaining complex technical solutions • Understanding of influencer marketing, creator economy, digital advertising, or marketing technology sectors • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives, marketing teams, and agency stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prospects and deals simultaneously through complex sales cycles Target Performance Metrics: • Monthly outbound activity: 30-50 emails/day, 5-15 calls/day, 5-10 qualified meetings/week • Quarterly revenue target: 25%+ demo-to-close conversion rate • Annual objective: average 45-day sales cycle Company DescriptionRefuel Agency is the largest provider of Media + Marketing services specializing in and reaching military, teen, college and multicultural niche audiences throughout the United States.
