If you're ready for your work to matter, we're ready to hear from you! We're currently growing our team of Artisans with a(n) Project Foreman. This role is responsible for leading the ReNu Technologies project operations activities and FAS teams in the field by safely and professionally serving our clients and filed teams in the field. Ensuring ReNu Operations teams exceed our clients' expectations. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee and manage ReNu trailer maintenance and functionality. • Observe team performance to ensure quality of service. • Ensure Artisans are performing to the highest safety and company standards/policies. • Provide on-the-job (OJT) training for Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads. • Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout project executions. • Collect project data and communicate results to Project Manager. • Direct daily shift activities for the assigned FAS crews. • Support FAS crews through project challenges and abnormal situations. • Conduct safety briefings (toolbox talks) before each shift. • Provide performance feedback to ReNu management. • Coach and mentor FAS crew through direct feedback. Expectations: • Ability to speak English fluently • Maintain safe work practices at all times • Represent ReNu in a professional and respectful manner while on and off the job site • Lead by example and demonstrate a Servant's Heart • Strive to bring the best out of team members and the customers we serve • Promote team environment and collaboration • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Welcome feedback and pursue continuous improvement Supervisory Responsibilities • Leads and oversees FAS crews and ReNu equipment on assigned projects. • This position does not include direct personnel management responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications • Ability to speak and read English fluently. • At least one year of refinery experience. • Exhibits management and/or leadership capabilities. • Demonstrate mastery of FAS/FAS Lead competencies. • Handles disagreements and tension constructively while maintaining respect and professionalism. • Able to successfully complete required regulatory computer-based training for facility access. • Able to successfully pass mandatory drug screening and background check. Additional or Preferred Qualifications • At least one year of FAS or relevant experience. • TWIC Card • Valid Driver's License • Valid Passport Working Conditions / Physical Demands Work will be executed in industrial settings for projects and site-walks. Standard shifts are 12-14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the project is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete. On occasion, there may be requirements for office work and work from home assignments. On projects you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather. PPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses with side shields. Travel Requirements This position may require 150+ overnights per year. Most travel will be to support project executions in the field and planning events.
