Senior Project Manager – Residential Painting Refined Painting LLC – Seattle, WA Full-Time | $70,000– $90,000 Base + Performance Bonus About Refined Painting Refined Painting is a fast-growing residential repaint company serving the greater Seattle area. We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior repaints and are building toward multi-million-dollar annual revenue. We are seeking a strong production leader to manage job execution, protect profitability, and elevate quality as we scale. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can own production performance. What You’ll Own You will lead daily production operations and ensure every job is: • Completed on schedule • Delivered within budget • High quality • 5-star worthy Responsibilities include: • Managing multiple residential painting projects simultaneously • Scheduling crews efficiently • Tracking estimated vs. actual labor hours • Protecting job profitability • Conducting job start walkthroughs • Performing mid-job and final quality inspections • Communicating clearly with homeowners • Leading weekly production meetings • Identifying and correcting production inefficiencies Performance Expectations Your performance will be measured by: • On-time completion rate • Labor efficiency vs. estimate • Rework reduction • Customer satisfaction and review ratings • Overall production profitability If numbers and accountability motivate you, you will thrive in this role.
