Our platform expands recruiting reach to passive candidates and delivers more relevant hires, faster and more affordably than traditional job boards or recruiters. We’re a pre-seed startup backed by operator experience, and we’re looking for a sharp, self-starting Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base and shape the go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Do Own and drive outbound sales strategy from lead generation to close Build and manage your sales pipeline using tools like Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo Educate talent acquisition leaders (TA Managers, Directors, VPs) about the benefits of Referrio Book and lead demos, showcasing how Referrio can supplement their existing recruiting tools Collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning Provide feedback to the product team based on customer conversations Track performance metrics and iterate based on what works Help build repeatable sales systems as we scale You Might Be a Fit If You • Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in HRTech, SaaS, or recruiting • Are a strong communicator, persuasive in both writing and speaking • Have experience selling into People, HR, or Talent Acquisition teams • Are excited about early-stage startups and want ownership of your role • Thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguity • Are results-driven and motivated by impact Compensation This is a commission + equity role.
