As Senior Product Designer, you’ll focus on growth for Coinbase one—one of Consumer’s most important offerings for our most engaged crypto traders and enthusiasts. You’ll help more customers discover, try, and sign up for Coinbase one, ensuring their first impressions are seamless and delightful. You’ll partner with product managers, engineering, data science, and marketing to identify and design high-impact experiences, with a laser focus on acquisition and some parts of activation. A successful candidate will be a strategic, experiment-driven designer who thrives on moving metrics and loves designing experiences that help users discover value quickly, while being willing to make bold bets too. What you’ll be doing Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution, from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production. Raise the quality bar with rigorous attention to detail, considering edge cases and scalability across all Coinbase One membership offerings. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and XFN peers to define and execute the product roadmap. Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive. Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work. What we look for in you 5+ years of product design experience — bonus if you have prior experience with subscription or membership model products. Strong communicator with a track record of influencing product direction and aligning stakeholders on complex products at scale. Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft, especially: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. Balances quality and speed in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous), cross-functional environments. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools. Collaborative, low-ego team player with a growth mindset. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range: $180,370—$212,200 USD
