You succeed by being a respected peer, a strategic partner, and a consistent source of forward-thinking insight. You are a business strategist, a market maker, and a principal consultant all in one. You identify the systemic challenges, design the solution framework, and introduce the delivery team. This is about building a legacy, establishing a dominant market position, and generating substantial, recurring revenue through long-term, trust-based relationships. A Day in the Life • Morning: You start your day with strategic outreach, scheduling 5+ high-value conversations with business leaders, focusing on complex problem-solving and strategic alignment. You then publish a thought-leadership piece on LinkedIn, solidifying your personal brand as the definitive AI authority in Portland. • Afternoon: You host a private, executive-level roundtable discussion with the Chamber of Commerce or a key industry group. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to convert strategic engagement into qualified, high-value opportunities. • Evening: You mentor a junior team member or finalize a proposal for a major client, focusing on long-term value creation and market penetration. What We're Looking For We're looking for a proven leader with a track record of success in a strategic, high-stakes environment. You might come from a background in management consulting, B2B enterprise sales, executive recruiting, or strategic partnerships-but what matters more is your ability to command a room and drive a strategic agenda. What You'll Get We provide everything you need to succeed: • A 6-Month On-Ramp: A $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6.
