You will be the architect of our community engagement model, focusing on high-value interactions that drive organizational change before any commercial conversation begins. In practice, this means you will: • Design and Execute the strategy for identifying, recruiting, and engaging executive directors, development officers, and program managers for targeted, high-level roundtables. • Lead and Facilitate these executive roundtables, guiding sophisticated discussions on topics such as AI for sustainable fundraising, strategic grant allocation, and next-generation volunteer management. • Cultivate a highly engaged, niche community of non-profit leaders, ensuring continuous value delivery and thought leadership. • Establish long-term engagement workflows and strategic touchpoints that convert community momentum into business impact. • Collaborate directly with the founders and product team, providing critical market intelligence to shape our offerings and strategic direction. • Mentor future team members and establish best practices for authentic, community-led outreach.
