We are seeking motivated individuals for our Career Transition Program to train as AI Transformation Consultants. We will provide the comprehensive training, mentorship, and structured path you need to succeed in guiding growth-stage B2B companies (25-500 employees) through their AI transformation journey. What This Role Is: Your Structured Path to Success This is a comprehensive training and consulting role focused on leveraging your existing relationship-building skills and developing them into high-level strategic consulting. You will work closely with a Senior Consultant, learning to manage enterprise-level engagements from initial contact to closing high-value, long-term partnerships. You will be learning to sell a holistic AI culture transformation, not just a product. Your mission is to learn how to guide companies through an actual company transformation, building them a true competitive advantage and a massive ability to jumpstart their growth. This journey blends strategic consulting, hands-on team development, and inclusion in our exclusive mastermind community, delivering a complete return of investment in just three to six months. You will be mentored to become the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the complexities of AI adoption and unlock real business value. Your core responsibilities will include (with full training and mentorship): • Learning to engage with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies that attend our roundtables, and conducting in-depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities. • Proactively identifying and reaching out to leaders in our target market (25-500 employees) to invite them into our executive roundtables. • Assisting a Senior Consultant in architecting and closing complex, high-value engagements ($50,000 - $200,000+ annually). • Learning to sell a holistic offering that includes AI culture change and cross-training for the entire organization. This involves working with leadership teams, project managers, and line employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating value through pulse survey tracking of team improvement. • Acting as a long-term strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their continued success and growth. What This Role Isn't This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. You will not be measured by call counts or the number of demos you run. This is not about pushing a one-size-fits-all solution. We believe in deep discovery, customized solutions, and building partnerships that last. You will be selling true culture change, which requires a thoughtful, holistic approach. What You'll Get: Training, Support, and Financial Stability • A high-performance compensation package with unlimited earning potential, designed for a true partner in our growth: • Ongoing Base Salary: Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 during the training period, providing a stable foundation for your transition. • Multi-tiered Commission Structure: A clear, structured path to commission earnings as you progress, including an initial commission upon closing, a 90-day milestone commission, and a one-year anniversary commission, reflecting the long-term value you create. • Unlimited Earnings: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000+ after the first year, with no cap on your potential. • Comprehensive Mentorship: Direct, one-on-one guidance from our senior leadership team to accelerate your learning and success. • Structured Training Program: A clear curriculum to build your expertise in AI strategy, organizational development, and enterprise consulting. • Full remote flexibility: Work from anywhere, with the support of a world-class team.
