We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure services projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of project assignments, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and effectively manages project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Long-Term Project Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution • Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). • Coordinate project activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. • Track project progress and manage workload distribution throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management • Identify project resource requirements and work with leadership to secure appropriate staffing and support. • Monitor resource utilization and adjust project plans as necessary to meet project objectives. Vendor & Procurement Management • Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including evaluation matrix development and vendor selection activities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate vendor solutions and recommend products and services. • Develop and document Statements of Work (SOW) and Scope of Deliverables for vendor contracts. Projects will include: • Enterprise Network Implementation Management • WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination • Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization • Network Cutover and Migration Planning • Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects Reporting & Metrics • Monitor, measure, and report project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates. • Ensure project documentation and reporting remain accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience managing infrastructure, technology, or enterprise IT projects. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. • Experience managing project schedules, resource planning, vendor engagements, and risk management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Clarity PPM, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
