We’re seeking to connect a Project Manager with a leading company in the insurance industry on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid and located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in enterprise transformation and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives. • Break down complex projects into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable milestones. • Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and executives. • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle. • Lead structured change management efforts to maintain alignment with business objectives. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management. • Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree required. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
