3-5 years of litigation experience, active NJ/NY bar membership, experience drafting legal motions and pleadings.
• We are not currently accepting search firm submissions for this role. The Princeton office of Reed Smith is seeking a Litigation Mid-Level Associate to join the Financial Services Litigation Group. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation. Candidates should also have experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers and motions for summary judgment. Candidates will participate in litigated matters and appear before judges to argue motions and handle trials. Experience involving consumer financial services issues is preferred but not necessary. Candidates must be an active member of the New Jersey and New York bars, with admission to the Pennsylvania bar considered an asset. $235,000- $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
