This full-time, work-from-home position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is detail-oriented and passionate about client care. You will be responsible for monitoring medication regimens and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will monitor and manage medication administration for clients with IDD to ensure compliance and safety. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and families to develop and update medication plans. - You will conduct regular assessments and documentation of medication effects and client responses. - You will provide training and support to staff and caregivers on medication protocols and best practices. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies related to medication management. - You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety and client outcomes. - You will maintain accurate records and reports related to medication administration and client health. What You Bring: - You must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. - You should have at least 2 years of experience in medication management or a related healthcare role. - You need strong knowledge of medication administration, safety protocols, and IDD client care. - You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - You should be proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare settings. - Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home healthcare role. - Additional certifications related to medication management or nursing.
