Company Description Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC) is one of 21 regional centers established in California to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout their lives. RCRC was created through legislation initiated by Assemblyman Frank D. Lanterman to address the unique needs of this community. The center provides voluntary, lifelong services that help prevent or reduce the impact of developmental disabilities. RCRC is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the individuals it serves, ensuring access to vital resources and support. Role Description The Director of Client Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Eureka or Ukiah, CA. The Director of Client Services is responsible for providing leadership for case management oversight of clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Leadership for these services must be provided in accordance with the regional center’s contract with the California Department of Developmental Services, the California Welfare and Institutions Code (those Sections designated as the Lanterman Act), relevant sections of the California Code of Regulations, and policies established by the Redwood Coast Regional Center Board of Directors. Leadership and management responsibilities must also be guided by the RCRC Vision Statement and a strong personal commitment to the principles of Person-Centered Thinking and Planning. Completion of a master’s degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology or nursing; five years of social work or closely related experience, and two years of supervisory experience in a specialty field. • Please visit our website https://redwoodcoastrc.org/careers/ for more information and to download our application.
