Facilitate client onboarding and partner with team to attain department objectives. Monitor progress of outstanding account openings and transfers including cost basis Liaise with custodian on client requests, wire transfers, and special needs. Research and resolve client issues. Operational requests as assigned. Quarterly billing for all percentage of assets and some fixed fee clients Maintain integrity of data aggregation system Monthly archiving of statements and confirmations. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the department. Prepare allocable expense reports. Work with other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. 💼 What You Bring Database management Account reconciliations Knowledge of Orion and Redtail software 💫 What Sets You Apart High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience and/or coursework in accounting and/or operations.
