RedSky is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS). Responsibilities: The Program Manager will take ownership for the leadership and execution of tactical wheeled vehicle programs, ensuring seamless lifecycle management aligned with Marine Corps readiness and modernization needs. • Program Leadership & Oversight: Directs all contract performance ensuring compliance with FAR 16.505 and QASP standards. Leads execution of program lines including JLTV, MTVR, LVSR, ULCV, and trailers. • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Serves as the primary interface for PM MT and PEO LS. Manages OCI controls, and participates in PMRs and Program Management Board updates. • Acquisition & Sustainment Support: Oversees acquisition artifacts per DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAVINST 5000.2G standards. Aligns with FIAR and equipment valuation requirements. • Digital & Information Management: Champions workflow automation via SharePoint and O365. Ensures secure MCEN access and PKI communications. • Team Leadership & Operational Readiness: Leads a team of analysts, engineers, and logisticians for rapid support. Manages team training and travel coordination. Required Skills/Qualifications: • 10+ years of DoD program management experience, preferably with USMC PEO or MARCORSYSCOM. • Success in managing teams within cost, schedule, and performance baselines. • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoDI 5000.02, and FIAR standards. • Experience with GCSS-MC, DPAS, L-DART, TFSMS systems. • Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, CREO/SolidWorks, and MS Project/Excel. • Active Secret clearance or eligibility, U.S. Citizenship. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, DAWIA Level II/III, or ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification. • Experience with USMC Motor Transport, PEO LS, or joint ground vehicle programs. • FIAR audit readiness or capital asset management experience.
