Job description About the opportunity: We are looking for a individual who will be a customer service/ dispatch rep. This includes but not limited to answering phones, placing orders with customers, billing, etc. About Us: We are a busy courier company who has been in business for over 20 years! Redline Courier is a Courier company based in Valencia, CA with a mission to deliver outstanding client service. We’re an award-winning company (with great benefits) and looking for others to join our team of A Players. Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 hourly Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits. Schedule: Monday-Friday with possibility of overtime and On Call Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00am -6:00pm Wednesday and Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • 1 year previous Dispatching experience required • Reliable and Punctual • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette • Strong computer skills. • Should be a team player. • Demonstrates organizational skills, self-directed and independent in fulfilling role obligation. • Able to multi-task • Be able to work alone as well as with a team • Must have a flexible schedule • Be comfortable and thrive in a fast paced environment. • Outgoing and pleasant personality POSITION SUMMARY: • Manage schedules of our delivery drivers. • Handling inbound calls from high profile clients, scheduling appointments, and maintain paperwork, typing, managing customer files, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate, manage and maintain all Drivers' schedules to fulfill customer's needs. • Taking phone calls, communicating with drivers to ensure customer's needs are met. • Maintaining the confidentiality of client and agency information at all times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
