Front Desk & Sales Associate – Redline Athletics Round Rock Location: Round Rock, TX Compensation: $15/hour base + high commission potential About Us Redline Athletics Round Rock is a youth sports performance center helping athletes build confidence, improve skills, and reach their full potential. We’re looking for a motivated Front Desk & Sales Associate to help grow our membership base while creating an exceptional first impression for every athlete and family. Position Overview The Front Desk & Sales Associate plays a key role in driving new memberships through both in-person and phone-based sales. You’ll make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and provide tours to families interested in training at Redline. This role also ensures smooth daily operations, great customer experiences, and a fun, high-energy environment. This position is ideal for indivduals who are outgoing, confident, and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, fitness, and customer engagement. *Must have some sales experience* Schedule: 2 weekday evenings (330-8pm) and Saturday morning (9-12) + possible optional additional hours Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on prospects to drive new memberships. • Conduct engaging facility tours and explain program options with confidence. • Convert inquiries and walk-ins into active members through strong relationship selling. • Greet all athletes and families with energy and professionalism. • Manage check-ins for training sessions, camps, and events. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. • Support coaches and management with day-to-day operations. Qualifications • Some level of sales experience • Mindbody experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking on the phone. • Comfortable making cold calls and following up with potential customers. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness environments preferred. • High energy, positive attitude, and passion for sports or health. • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
