Originate and manage enterprise partnerships with health systems, payors, and biopharma using AI tools, develop executive relationships, and drive commercial collaborations.
10+ years in healthcare partnerships or enterprise sales with credibility among senior healthcare stakeholders, strong executive communication, and AI tool proficiency.
About the Company: Redesign Health is a global venture builder that empowers founders to launch and scale transformative healthcare companies. We help founders overcome the unique challenges of healthcare innovation with an ecosystem and suite of capabilities supporting ideation and diligence, commercial traction, and execution. Since 2018, we have backed founders to launch more than 65 companies that have touched the lives of over 15 million patients and generated more than $1 billion in revenue. We believe we can create breakthrough innovations in global health technology through grit, technical excellence, and teamwork. We seek out builders who share our ambitious vision. About the Role: We’re seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships to be one of the primary external faces of Redesign Health with health systems, payors, biopharma, and self-insured employers. You’ll use Redesign’s proprietary AI tools (for research, prospecting, and outreach orchestration) to originate conversations, shape ways of working together across new concepts and the portfolio, and nurture executive relationships into long-term partnerships. You thrive on opening doors, connecting dots, and mobilizing complex organizations. You’re credible with senior stakeholders, energized by evangelizing Redesign, and skilled at translating ambiguous partner signals into concrete pilots and commercial collaborations. What You’ll Do: Originate: Use RH AI tools and playbooks to identify high-potential enterprise partners and contacts; craft tailored, multi-channel outreach to land first meetings and executive briefings. Qualify & shape: Run discovery to understand strategies, pain points, timelines, and constraints; articulate RH’s platform value and relevant venture/portfolio angles. Dot-connect: Convene the right RH teammates (New Ventures, Portfolio company points of contact, founders) and partner stakeholders to scope pilots, co-builds, and commercial arrangements. Pipeline management: Own a clear, instrumented pipeline from first touch to signed collaboration; maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy. Relationship development: Maintain a regular cadence of check-ins with priority accounts; host virtual and in-person sessions to grow executive advocacy and multi-threaded relationships. Executive storytelling: Build crisp narratives and materials; tailor value propositions by stakeholder (clinical, financial, ops, tech). Market insight: Feed structured learnings from partner dialogs into RH research and portfolio strategy; contribute to POVs on opportunity zones. Represent RH: Evangelize Redesign at conferences, roundtables, and private forums; help develop targeted events and content that attract new partners. Ways of working: Refine AI-assisted outreach playbooks, partner segmentation, and metrics; mentor teammates in best practices. What You’ll Bring: 10+ years in healthcare partnerships, enterprise sales, corporate development, venture-building, or strategy; success selling to or partnering with health systems, payors, or biopharma. Credibility with senior healthcare stakeholders; able to navigate contracting paths and procurement constraints. A builder’s bias to action—comfortable with ambiguity, short feedback loops, and hands-on orchestration. AI Competence: The ability and drive to proactively leverage AI and other emerging technology tools to create extraordinary productivity and impact within their functional area. Demonstrates visionary thinking about the future evolution of their role and independently experiments, adopts, and refines technology-driven solutions. Excellent executive communication: concise writing, compelling storytelling, and thoughtful visuals. High integrity and relationship orientation—you earn trust and create repeat engagement. Nice to Have: Venture studio/startup/innovation-group experience. CRM and outbound orchestration platform fluency. Experience facilitating multi-party agreements (pilots, data-sharing, SOWs, JV explorations). Location & Travel: We are ideally seeking someone based in New York or San Francisco and open to 25–40% travel to partner sites and events.
