Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Matawan office. This position will support our revenue cycle management and strategic projects managers. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, communicating professionally, handling sensitive information with discretion, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Administrative Assistant Salary/Pay Rate: $26-30/ hour, depending on specialty and experience Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match, yearly bonus Job Title Duties (not limited to): • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments. • Monitor and organize email communications; flag priority items and follow up as needed. • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within our systems. • Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting team deliverables. • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office. • Support general office operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Required Qualifications: • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional services environment. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or medical office settings (a plus, but not required).
