Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of a new Retail Inventory Forecasting System built on Microsoft Power Platform. This role is part-time and ideal for someone who excels at managing technical delivery while aligning business needs, ensuring smooth execution across cross-functional teams. This role will be part time with flexible PST working hours for interacting with offshore teams. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Retail Inventory Forecasting System, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. • Coordinate activities across developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk/issue logs. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure system capabilities align with forecasting and retail business objectives. • Oversee testing, deployment, and change management activities to drive user adoption and successful rollout. • Provide regular updates to leadership and recommend course corrections as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities • Proven experience managing software development or application deployment projects. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable, though deep technical expertise is not required. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. • Experience with retail systems or forecasting solutions is preferred. Compensation range for position is $ 135,000 – 150,000 DOE.
