RedCloud seeks a Platform Foundational Workstream Project Manager to support immediate client operations. Overview: This role leads a large scale initiative to transition core point of sale technology to a modern cloud environment. The Project Manager oversees a vendor team performing integration work, drives workstream strategy and execution, and ensures strong collaboration across technical and business groups. The position requires excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building abilities. This is an onsite role based in the greater Seattle area with regular in office presence required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead program and workstream delivery over a multiyear timeline • Manage vendor performance, budget, and overall delivery quality • Establish project structure, reporting, communication, and readiness processes • Partner closely with product owners and Agile Scrum teams to drive implementation • Facilitate issue resolution, risk management, and decision making • Maintain strong alignment with cross functional partners and stakeholders • Build trust through calm leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow through Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Eight or more years of technical project or program management experience • Experience working in retail technology environments • Experience with point of sale systems, cloud modernization, and offshore vendor coordination • Background in digital transformation and multi workstream delivery • Strong consulting presence with exceptional soft skills and ability to navigate ambiguity • Ability to guide complex technology initiatives and present confidently to senior leadership • Must reside in the Seattle area and work onsite three days per week Compensation range for position is $ 162,000 – 180,000 DOE.
