Los Angeles Venue Needed: Live Music Showcase & Community Networking Night Organizer: Red Velvet Studios Event Type: Live Music Showcase & Community Networking Night Target Date: Early November (Saturday or Sunday Evening) Location: Los Angeles – preferably near Mid-City, Koreatown, or Central LA About Us Red Velvet Studios is a Los Angeles–based creative collective and production company located in Mid-City LA. We produce events, manage artists, and build immersive creative experiences that support local talent and community. We are currently searching for a Los Angeles venue or space to host our upcoming live music artist showcase and networking event in early November. This is a one-day rental or short-term collaboration, not a staffing or long-term position. Our team handles all event planning, artist booking, marketing, and production. We simply need the right space to bring this experience to life. About the Event This event will feature live music performances, DJ sets, and community networking for artists, producers, and music lovers. The focus is on showcasing emerging talent, connecting creatives, and celebrating Los Angeles’ independent scene in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. We expect approximately 50–100+ guests in attendance and will handle all sound, lighting, and setup needs. Space Requirements We are open to a wide range of Los Angeles–based venues that can accommodate live performances, such as: • Bars, lounges, or theaters • Creative studios or multipurpose event spaces • Courtyards, backyards, or outdoor patios • Local shops, cafés, or small businesses with open layouts • Houses or apartments suitable for event rentals • The space only needs to be available for one day and large enough for the expected number of guests and our live performance setup. Must Allow • Outside catering or food & beverage sponsors (we partner with local brands) • Live music performances (artists singing or performing to backing tracks) • Alcohol service (BYOB or licensed vendor) • All-ages attendance (attendees do not need to be 21+) • Photo and video documentation of the event for marketing purposes • We will not be filming a movie or bringing a professional film crew, • but we must be allowed to capture footage and photos of performances and attendees for promotional content and social media marketing. Ideal Features • PA system or ability to bring our own • Stage or lighting setup (preferred but not required) • Comfortable capacity for 50–100+ guests • Located within 20–30 minutes of Mid-City LA • Willingness to collaborate on future events Vendor and Brand Opportunities If you are a vendor, brand, or local business interested in participating, we are also open to partnering with outside brands to be part of the event. This includes: • Food and beverage vendors • Clothing or lifestyle brands • Art or product displays • Sponsor activations or community collaborations We welcome creative and community-minded brands that want to engage with Los Angeles’ independent music and arts community. Compensation Options We are flexible and can either: • Pay a flat daily rental fee for the day or • Offer a revenue share partnership, where the venue receives a portion of total ticket sales (around 40%) Red Velvet Studios will handle artist curation, marketing, and event production to ensure a professional, well-run showcase. Event Schedule • Setup: 6:00 PM • Event Start: 7:00 PM • Event End: 11:00 PM • Pack-up & Exit: by 12:00 AM Future Collaboration We plan to make this a monthly or bi-monthly series and are interested in forming a recurring partnership with a space that aligns with our creative goals and community vision.
