What You’ll Do • Help clients buy and sell homes while providing expert advice and a five-star experience. • Leverage Red Sign’s ready-to-convert leads, cutting-edge CRM, and marketing tools. • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and craft winning offers. • Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Stay informed on market trends, contracts, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with a high-performing team and learn from Utah’s top producers. What We’re Looking For • Utah Real Estate License (or actively working toward one). • Experience in sales or customer service (real estate experience preferred but not required). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Coachable, driven, and eager to grow in a team-focused environment.
