Red Oak Technologies is seeking an Event Project Manager for a contract role located in New York Metro Area. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the planning and execution of events from concept through delivery. This includes in-person conferences, briefings, roundtables, and webinars. • Lead end-to-end project management for assigned events, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communication • Oversee event operations such as venue coordination, vendor management, registration, and onsite execution • Manage webinar and virtual event delivery (experience with platforms like ON24 or Zoom Webinars preferred) • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event goals, content, and branding align with business objectives • Track event metrics, maintain project documentation, and support post-event reporting Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience managing corporate or B2B events, both in-person and virtual • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in event technology and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines • Some travel may be necessary --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since 1995, Red Oak Technologies has been a trusted partner in the tech industry, delivering innovative talent solutions that drive progress.
