Full Description

Objectives: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to provide insights, streamline processes, and ensure our sales team is operating at peak efficiency. You will be a key player in supporting pipeline visibility, optimizing sales process execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving systems, and helping sales teams succeed. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools to track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales performance. Analyze trends in conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline coverage to provide actionable insights for Sales Leadership. Partner with Finance to support revenue forecasting and annual planning. Sales Process & Efficiency: Support the design and documentation of sales processes, ensuring alignment across SDR, AE, and Client Success handoffs. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and consistency. Monitor adoption and compliance with CRM usage and data quality standards. Systems & Tools Management: Serve as a Salesforce power user; maintain data integrity, create reports, and support enhancements. Partner with the systems team to optimize tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, and CPQ solutions. Provide day-to-day support for sales teams on system questions, reporting needs, and tool adoption. Enablement & Collaboration: Work with Sales Enablement to ensure reporting aligns with training, onboarding, and productivity initiatives. Support leadership in preparing QBRs, board decks, and pipeline review sessions. Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure proper attribution and lead-to-opportunity tracking. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business/Revenue Operations, or an analytical role within a SaaS company. Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Outreach, HubSpot, or Gong is a plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) preferred. Work Structure: Red Oak values the energy and creativity that comes from working together in person.
