The opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist with over 3 years of specialized experience in the transformer or new energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess established relationships and market expertise in the U.S. energy industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in client acquisition and industry-specific business development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to penetrate the U.S. transformer/new energy market and achieve sales targets. • Identify and secure new business opportunities through existing networks and new lead generation. • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Represent the company at major industry trade shows (e.g., IEEE T&D, SPI, RE+) to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, distributors, and partners. • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions and proposals. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM systems.
