The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting data analysis and system improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance business systems. Responsibilities • Collect, document, and analyze input from stakeholders, customers, and technology users to understand business needs and requirements. • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and document strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions. • Develop and prioritize requirements, epics, and user stories for new system releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Create visualized presentations of key findings and recommendations for stakeholders. • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project activities and ensure successful completion of system enhancements. • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of system health and sustainability by applying data analysis techniques.
