Requires 20+ years of experience, active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, extensive government and defense sector experience, program management expertise, and active PMP certification.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required) Position Description: The candidate will lead a Data Governance Effort. The position requires executive level outreach experience, senior engagement and coordination experience along with strong leadership and management skills. This is a high visibility technical initiative which affects numerous enterprise systems and is part of the customer’s foundational data governance modernization. The candidate will manage the program’s status, finances, and staff. Tasks include providing program management and technical briefings, developing program documentation, and monitoring the program’s performance across several disciplines, and developing and implementing solutions in concert with the customer. The ideal candidate will have 20 years’ experience or the equivalent. This includes experience working individually with minimal guidance and as a key member of a senior leadership team. Experience with DIA, DoD, and IC infrastructure, policies, and practices. Experience managing multimillion dollar IT development programs, managing staff, including subcontractors. Key skills and experience: Outreach & Engagement: Expertise in stakeholder collaboration, relationship management, and strategic outreach. Strategic Planning: Strong background in program development, goal alignment, and execution of long[1]term initiatives. Government Collaboration: Extensive experience working with defense and intelligence organizations to drive mission objectives. Intelligence Community (IC) Experience: Deep understanding of IC operations, outreach methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
