Job Title: Attorney Location: Lake Oswego, OR 97035 Job Type: Full-Time On-site Job Overview Mid-sized, multi-state law firm seeking a dedicated Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including contracts, real estate and transactions. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research using Westlaw, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. The Attorney will work collaboratively within a law office environment and will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution. About the Role: • Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive attorney to join our team. In this role, you will: • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and business objectives. • Provide expert guidance on lease agreements, purchase and sales contracts, and related transactional matters. • Conduct legal research and risk analysis to support client needs and business operations. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations. • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs and contracts. • Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications. • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the bar in Washington/Oregon. • 3-5+ years’ of experience in transactional, contract or real estate law is preferred. • Strong legal writing and drafting skills with attention to detail. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
