Job Description: • Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date prospect data • Build, manage, and execute outreach sequences and follow-ups • Add and manage prospects on LinkedIn • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp (when required) • Qualify leads and book sales meetings directly into the calendar • Track outreach activity and engagement to support sales performance reporting • Schedule and post content on LinkedIn in line with brand and sales objectives • Actively engage by commenting on relevant posts and sending connection requests • Support lead sourcing via social activity and filter qualified prospects into the CRM • Assist with basic activity on YouTube where relevant to lead engagement Requirements: • Previous experience in sales support and lead generation • Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured follow-up processes • Confident using LinkedIn for prospecting, outreach, and social selling • Excellent written communication skills in English • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently • Familiarity with outbound sales sequences and pipeline management Benefits: • Remote working
