Job Description: • Assist with the implementation of the Warehouse Systems/Operations software • Manage post-implementation operation of the software in assigned divisional territory • Ensure DC participation in required project tasks • Coordinate DC tasks related to go-live preparation • Create management tools to manage the WSO applications • Monitor key metrics and perform periodic audits of system configuration and operational processes • Provide ongoing leadership and training to DC management • Identify opportunities for system or process improvement • Manage the Change Control log and SOX compliance Requirements: • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience • Previous exposure to PkMS or other WMS package(s) required • Experience in warehouse operations preferred • Detailed understanding of PkMS or equivalent WMS configuration and functionality within a complex and/or automated environment • Demonstrated strong aptitude for PkMS or equivalent WMS configuration and application functionality • Demonstrated understanding of how complex integrated systems interact to impact business results • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis • Familiarity with AS400 or equivalent environment • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Cognos or Business Objects • Working knowledge of Manhattan Associate's software preferred • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Strong proficiency with MS Office suite of products, especially Excel or Access • Ability to train, motivate and direct the work of others from both an on-site and remote capacity • Willing to travel up to 33% of the time Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision care • Backup dependent care • Adoption assistance • Infertility coverage • Family building support • Behavioral health solutions • Paid parental leave • Paid caregiver leave • Professional development resources • Mentorship programs • Volunteer activities
