Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, partner with HR and business leaders to attract top talent, and optimize recruiting processes.
Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience with supervisory responsibilities, experience with recruiting tools and sources, and project management skills.
Job Description: • Implement and optimize recruiting and sourcing tools and services • Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team • Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent • Serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team • Drive strong stakeholder management across HR and the business • Ensure recruiting processes align with compliance and equitable hiring outcomes • Support workforce planning efforts and assist with retention-related programs • Build strong partnerships with community partners, vendors, and other talent channels • Define, track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • minimum of seven (7) years of comprehensive recruiting experience demonstrating increased responsibility • Experience utilizing recruiting vehicles and sources such as internet, specific websites, and diversity sources • experience using innovative tools and techniques to find viable candidates • proven supervisory experience in a staffing environment necessary • A combination of agency and corporate experience preferred • project management skills and experience with recruiting software systems required Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision care • backup dependent care • adoption assistance • infertility coverage • family building support • behavioral health solutions • paid parental leave • paid caregiver leave • training programs • professional development resources • mentorship programs • employee resource groups • volunteer activities
