Job Description: • Act as the marketing support for Community Retail and Long-Term Care with a focus on Community Pharmacy Services • Develop and execute on marketing plans to support Marketing objectives and Community Pharmacy Services initiatives • Partner with the campaign manager to determine how to leverage, apply, and optimize an omni-channel marketing approach to drive toward specific business outcomes • Understand the specific enterprise marketing goals and collaborate with other cross-functional marketing teams to develop messaging and content • Work with various marketing teams to coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns • Collaborate with digital marketing team to update and maintain websites • Manage customer channels to elevate brand recognition, showcase thought leadership, increase retention, and drive customer engagement • Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results, assess against goals/KPIs, and adjust to drive maximum awareness and performance • Monitor and remain up to date on developments and changes that impact independent pharmacies and the industry as a whole • Support the planning and execution of ThoughtSpot, Cencora’s largest customer tradeshow Requirements: • Requires broad training in fields such as marketing, business administration, communications, sales, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Experience developing marketing/communications plans • Experience providing guidance/direction to others on the team and other partners • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving skills • Strong presentation skills • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Strong analytical skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Some design skills such as basic photo editing and editing of pdf file formats • Experience working with industry suppliers and/or vendors/agencies • Editing and proofreading skills • Experience with social media tools • CRM experience such as salesforce.com preferred Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision care • backup dependent care • adoption assistance • infertility coverage • family building support • behavioral health solutions • paid parental leave • paid caregiver leave • training programs • professional development resources • opportunities to participate in mentorship programs
