Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR and learning strategies, lead organizational change, and ensure compliance across regions.
Requires 12+ years of HR experience, leadership in talent strategies, and experience managing global, cross-cultural HR initiatives.
Job Description: • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to develop and execute people and functional learning strategies • Serve as a trusted advisor providing consultation, coaching, and guidance on complex people and talent issues • Drive the execution of global HR initiatives at the local level • Evaluate internal and external talent capabilities and drive actionable plans • Lead organizational design and transformation activities • Develop strong working relationships with HR Centers of Expertise • Responsible for partnering with the Learning COE to advise on creation and deployment of solutions • Drive initiatives that support and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture • Use enterprise change management philosophies to advise on large-scale change management strategy • Lead efforts to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources; HR and/or Change Management Certification a plus • 12+ years of experience in a human resources business partner role including prior experience leading executive-level talent strategies and execution for medium to large scale transformations • Strategic thinking, change management, data-driven decision making • Data analysis & modeling, technical learning, innovative & agile mindset • Strong business acumen • Proven ability to build and lead learning programs focused on technical and leadership development • Expertise in managing complex, cross-cultural dynamics across global regions.
