Own product roadmap and deliverables, champion customer voice, lead product enhancements, manage GTM strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members.
Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years as Product Owner/Manager, healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred, Agile and software lifecycle knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills.
Description: • Own roadmap and product deliverables for assigned product(s) • Champion the voice of the customer and proactively uncover unmet user needs through customer engagement • Proactively use customer insight, data, and intuition to identify and plan product improvements • Lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and changes • Own GTM strategy for every release including target customer segments, release timing, customer communications, and readiness of support and commercial teams • Communicate early and often with product management leadership to coordinate cross-team work • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and prioritize solutions with team(s) • Familiarity with competitor products and capabilities • Deliver capabilities supporting value-based care initiatives, healthcare supply chain optimization, and regulatory compliance • Act as leader and evangelist for product(s) across the company; work closely with sales, customer experience, customer service, marketing, pricing • Regularly engage with external customers to understand requirements and demonstrate new functionality • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Broad training in healthcare, information technology, computer science, business administration, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program • Minimum of seven (7) years related and progressively responsible experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager • Understand the basics of business process modeling, software development lifecycle planning, and Agile software development • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is desirable, with knowledge of value-based care, supply chain trends, and regulatory compliance • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Ability to self-learn and seek out knowledge to improve understanding of technology solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail • Strong problem-solving, planning, analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills • Exceptional discovery and active listening skills to uncover customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies • Confident presentation skills in small and large groups • Demonstrated working knowledge of product management and Agile software lifecycle methodologies Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision care • backup dependent care • adoption assistance • infertility coverage • family building support • behavioral health solutions • paid parental leave • paid caregiver leave • training programs • professional development resources • mentorship programs • employee resource groups • volunteer activities
