Job Description: • Drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with assigned retina clinic customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs. • Proactively engage with customers and anticipate their needs. • Support sales initiatives for business growth, aligned with corporate goals. • Update customers on relevant program changes, new products, and market insights. • Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.
