The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a results-driven mindset.
