What You Will Do - Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python to support legal research applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for data processing. - Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices. - Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development methodologies. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $240K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.5%.
