Position Overview This is a pure closing role. You’ll be running inbound Zoom calls with qualified leads generated by our marketing systems and appointment setters. Using our proprietary framework, you’ll guide prospects through discovery, handle objections with authority, and close them into our coaching program. While this is not an outbound role, we’re not looking for “lazy closers.” We want ambitious, coachable, and competitive sales pros who thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to chase down every opportunity. Responsibilities · Master the Recruitemy offer and four-pillar sales framework. · Conduct deep, question-led discovery to uncover pain points and dominant buying motives. · Deliver persuasive Zoom presentations that highlight the transformation Recruitemy provides. · Manage pipeline inside CRM with accurate forecasting and follow-up discipline. · Participate in daily sales syncs, role-plays, and training to continually improve. · Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas. · Embody our values of integrity, discipline, and service to our clients. Requirements · 2+ years of experience in high-ticket closing ($5K–$15K offers). · Proven track record of closing over Zoom/phone (20–30%+ close rate). · Strong communication and consultative selling skills. · Coachable, disciplined, and motivated by growth. · Tech-savvy with Zoom, CRM, and pipeline tools. · Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment. Compensation Independent Contractor (1099) role. Commission only: 10% per closed deal. $90K–$200K annual earning potential (top performers $20K+/mo).
