We are a fast-paced financial publishing company managing two leading brands, We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Junior Marketing Broadcast Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. This is an ideal role for someone experienced in email and SMS marketing who enjoys solving problems, optimizing performance, and creating high-impact campaigns. What You’ll Do • Build and deploy email and SMS broadcasts across multiple brands. • Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and deliverability best practices. • Create dynamic content and personalized messages using segmentation and automation. • Manage list hygiene and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement. • Assist in maintaining subscriber data within our ESP. • Set up and optimize customer journeys and automated workflows. • Create advanced automations to support engagement and retention. • Monitor KPIs and generate campaign performance reports. • Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and optimization. • Work closely with the creative, content, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals. • Communicate clearly and proactively about timelines, issues, and progress. What You Bring • Experience in email/SMS is a plus • Digital marketing or publishing experience is a plus. • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work backward to identify issues. • Comfortable with Google Suite; Asana experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Ability to pass a required background check.
