A fast-growing health and wellness brand specializing in all-natural, organic OTC products is seeking a CPG & Retail Sales Operations Manager to elevate performance across drug, mass, and grocery channels. This strategic, cross-functional role blends retail execution, sales analytics, and marketing collaboration to drive growth in a competitive consumer landscape. As a key member of the sales team, you’ll support national account relationships, optimize shopper marketing strategies, and leverage retail data to deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong analytical skills, deep retail channel knowledge, and a passion for purpose-driven brands. What YOU get to DO in this collaborative and strategic role: • Drive retail execution across drug, mass, and grocery channels, supporting national accounts and broker relationships. • Collaborate with marketing on shopper campaigns and optimize digital shelf presence across retailer.com platforms. • Analyze retail data (POS, NielsenIQ, IRI) to uncover trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights. • Support sales strategy through presentations, promotional planning, and campaign performance reviews. • Manage operations including buyer meetings, sales documentation, pricing sheets, and portal submissions. • Stay ahead of industry trends in OTC, feminine health, and retail innovation, representing the brand at key events. What you NEED to SUCCEED in this dynamic role: • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account support roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG) • Experience working with grocery, drug, or mass retailers • Prior experience in OTC, feminine care, or personal care categories • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with retail media platforms and digital shopper marketing • Experience using retail data tools such as NielsenIQ, IRI, or similar • Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings, events, and retailer visits Note: 📍 Hybrid for Austin residents | Remote for other US cities
