recruit22 is partnering with a leading healthcare technology organization to hire a Tech Lead for one of their product development pods. This role is critical in shaping the architecture and technical direction of a new platform designed to improve care coordination and population health for senior care programs. Key Responsibilities • Lead & Code: Drive technical decisions, write high-quality code, review PRs, and mentor engineers. • Collaborate: Work closely with Product Management and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions. • Define Standards: Establish best practices, manage technical debt, and contribute to the technical roadmap. • Problem-Solve: Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance user experience. • Develop Talent: Coach and guide junior engineers for growth and success. Ideal Candidate • Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in full-stack web applications (TypeScript/React). • Skilled in architecture, design, and scaling web applications. • Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL and secure coding practices. • Previous experience in healthcare or other high-security industries is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven leadership experience in engineering teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
