Job Description We are currently searching for someone to work as a Customer Service/Dispatcher/ Project Coordinator for a very busy and stable company located in Jefferson Parish. This position will pay $17-18 per hour to start and the hours are typically 8am-5pm. There will also be "on call" rotating hours every 3rd-4th weekend. During the on call hours the pay is overtime. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · answering phone calls · dispatching technicians and vendors · following up with the customer to verify work has been completed · data entry · email response · scheduling routine maintenance work · taking and responding to emergency facilities calls · providing excellent customer service Ideal candidate will have great communication skills both written and verbal as well as have an excellent customer service attitude! Required: · High School Diploma · Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel · 3+years working in an office setting · Organized · Reliable, on time, able to work a full time position · Able to work independently · Mature Experience working within a facilities type role is a plus!
