Role Overview: As a Recruiter, PERM, you will play a critical role in supporting our global talent organization by managing the Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) screening process end to end. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for positions requiring labor certification and partner closely with hiring teams, internal stakeholders, and candidates to ensure a compliant and well-executed green card sponsorship experience. Key Responsibilities / Impact You Will Have: • Own and execute the recruitment lifecycle for roles requiring PERM labor certification, ensuring required procedural milestones are completed accurately and within established timelines. • Manage PERM recruitment activities, including resume review, applicant evaluation, and documentation, in alignment with Department of Labor requirements. • Partner with hiring teams and internal stakeholders to provide guidance on PERM timelines, process requirements, and key considerations. • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation for each PERM filing, including recruitment results, applicant dispositioning, email communications, and supporting materials. • Collaborate closely with internal immigration stakeholders and external immigration counsel to support the completion of PERM-related recruitment activities. • Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce risk, and enhance the candidate and employee experience. Qualifications / What We Look For: • 3–5 years of recruiting experience. • Prior experience with the PERM labor certification process, or exposure to employment-based immigration workflows (ideal but not mandatory). • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating within structured, compliance-driven workflows. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and requirements to a range of stakeholders. • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information. • Organized, process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
